Flats

   I would say a good pair of flats are one of the most important things in any gal's wardrobe.  The right pair can add that extra oomph to your outfit.  (I can't believe spellchecker doesn't mind the word oomph)  I currently have three different pairs:

    These are ballet flats, in other words super comfortable.  I like to have a black pair of flats that goes with anything but still has a little something extra, in this case fabric flowers.  Just because it's


black doesn't mean it has to be boring.  Don't own a piece of clothing unless it shows your personality (a.k.a. you like it).  What you wear is the first of your first impression.

   Then I have my more out-there flats.  You can't see it in this pic but these have very shiny, gold or silver sequins (depending on how the light is shining on them).  I love these shoes.
   I like to have at least two pairs of flats, because unlike what everyone says (and I just said), black does not go with everything (Yes, I'm talking to you brown!).  The exception makes the rule, it's just really hard to pull off, Ok?

   And that brings us to my last point on flats.  Always buy something that not only fits but is comfortable...Yup you guessed it.  I never wear these.  They're too stiff.  They're nice to look at though, but that's all.  Maybe if I wore them more they would loosen up...
